Lisa is, by far, the real estate agent who goes to the ends of the earth to achieve the desired results for the seller! We hired her to sell my parent's property in Cape Coral. Not really knowing what the market might be there (we live in Virginia and Michigan), she immediately went to work. She did her research, and in our minds, performed magic in putting the house on the market in record time. She even arranged an open house within days! She was such a delight to work with! Lisa is an all-in sales person that flat out got the job done for us. She gave us good advice, staged the house photography and the marketing material was 1st class including aerial video. Once on the market, she networks like crazy and worked many open houses and viewings. The property is unique and she nailed all the selling features and presented them in superb fashion. She made herself available to us all hours through email, text, and phone, even from Europe when she was on vacation. If we had it to do all over we would call Lisa for sure. Job well done!
